The project is aimed at students from 11th and 12th grades, passing through initial vocational training in the occupation "Farmer" in PGMSS, implementation will enable 20 students from all ethnic groups, students from less privileged backgrounds, with problematic behavior, boys and girls, to conduct practice in a real working environment in Poland in April 2015. The Main objectives of the project for mobility are: • Improvement of the general and specific knowledge and practical skills in the profession and language competences for achieving better quality of vocational training in PGMSS and successful professional realization of the students • Finding an alternative approach to endangered by dropping out of the learning process of children • Improve the language skills of the participants • Development of the ability to work in a team with other cultures • Development of the partnership between the two institutions The project will be implemented in partnership with Zespół Szkół Rolniczych im. Wincentego Witosa, in Legnica city, Poland. The practice will take place in different agricultural farms and companies, which are producing agricultural machines in this city. The program includes three-week practice in Poland for 20 students and 2 leaders from 12th April 2015 to 2th May 2015. The practice will include the following thematic areas: Introduction and use of modern agricultural machines; Learning and practicing new technologies in the cultivation of crops; Modern farming and livestock breeding. For better quality of this mobility and the stay in Poland, will held a preliminary professional, linguistic and cultural preparation of the candidates and after passing the exam will be formed the group of participants in the practice. Project management team will provide insurance and transport of students to Poland. The partner will assist in organizing practice and transportation to companies, also for organizing and conducting cultural program. During the practical training students will get the opportunity to learn new knowledge and skills in the field of agriculture, get acquainted with traditional and innovative technologies in the field of crop production, livestock production, mechanization of agriculture, and organic farming in the European Union, to compare the realities in Bulgarian and European economy, to observe and participate in activities related to their profession, to improve their language skills, to enrich the overall culture and to form a motivation for a permanent professional development, improvement and lifelong learning. The project will contribute to the accumulation of new knowledge and skills in the field of ecological and conventional agriculture to students, to enhance their professional skills and to personal development. Acquired during the practice knowledge and skills will help students to adapt to the new requirements of the labour market and will increase their chances for professional development and competitiveness in the Bulgarian and European markets. The professional and language skills that students acquire the training, you will be validated by the three documents, which they will receive at the end of the traineeship: certificate of participation in the training practice, certificate for language training in the Polish language, document Europass mobility. All these documents are recognized at European level, will definitely assist users in their future realization on the labor market. The materials and results of the project will be used for promotion and for reporting on its activities.
