Повишаване на професионалните компетенции на ученици и персонал чрез проучване на италианския опит

The current proposal is a project for students and stuff’s mobility with a title “Enhancing the professional competence of the students and staff through researching Italian experience”. It is Initiated by Professional Mechanoelectrical High school “Gen. Ivan Bachvarov”, Sevlievo in a partnership with IFOM (Institute for training, employment and mobility), Bologna, Italy. The main objectives of the project are:1. Exchanging experience in order to explore new methods and materials for teaching, have already been used in Italian schools teaching similar subjects.2. Improving the competence of the teaching and non-teaching staff in the following areas (innovation in teaching approaches and strategies for practical training, work-based learning and training, dialogue and cooperation with business, international cooperation and business communication, informational competence) by including team members in an international training, held by experts in the relevant field.3. Enhancing the professional competence of students by working in a real working environment, improving work habits and attitudes for participating in mobility programs and skills for interaction in an international environment.4. Creating conditions for future cooperation with Italian schools through visits and direct contacts. Learning new approaches and methods for working in a multicultural team.5. Improving the students and staff foreign language skills by staying in foreign language environment.The project is aimed at the following target groups:Target Group 1: Mobility of 22 students, accompanied by two teachers responsible for their internship at a particular working place in 15 companies in Bologna, Italy. Students are at the age of 16-18 years at 10th-11th grade in the following professions “Computer technician” “Electrical technician” and “Mechanical technician”.Target Group 2: Mobility of 18 people staff (16 teachers and 2 non-teaching staff). There is a need for training abroad with an aim for researching and learning know-how, applied in Italian VET system.The project activities will be implemented in the following periods: for the students from 2.7.2017 to 15.7.2017, for the staff from 01.04.2017 to 04.08.2017, and will include the following activities: preparation for implementation of the project; selection of beneficiaries; realization of the mobility in Italy; promoting the results of mobility; monitoring and report.For providing necessary distribution, publicity and awareness of the project we have planned information days, conferences and publications in the media. At the end of the project a school seminar will be organized discussing the results achieved by the users during the practice; at regional level a meeting with employers will be held promoting the results of the project and the benefits for such business practices in the region; the electronic media and the press in the region will be informed for the development and results of the project.The realization of this mobility will help to increase and improve the competence of students and staff, as well as learning and acquiring transferable skills that combine knowledge, approaches and attitudes necessary for enhancing personal development, active citizenship, social involvement and employment. The most important is learning know-how in teaching, assessment, practical training suitable for adapting in different situations.The participation of students in the project will lead to the following results: acquired models and approaches for applying theoretical knowledge in the particular profession in a specific practical situation; enhancing practical skills in a real working environment; development of knowledge and competence in the fields of studying subjects; opportunity for better implementation and participation of the European labor market; improving communication in a foreign language; increased initiative, skills for working in a teamwork.Implementation of mobility for staff will contribute to: increasing professional competence by learning new methods and tools for teaching and organizing the learning process, applying of new interactive methods and approaches for learning; enhancing competence for working with digital technology; improving ability to transfer knowledge and skills in new pedagogical situations; enhancing personal and career development; acquiring innovative IT practices for integrated education of students, using foreign languages in vocational training; development of transnational cooperation between educational institutions and created formal and informal contacts with the partner; improved language competence in the working language of the projectAcquired knowledge and skills by the participants will be certified and validated with a certificate from the host organization and a Europass mobility certificate.
