The Roman International association is involved in the European Voluntary Service and more particularly in volunteers' reception since 2006. We consider that this activity allows us to make concrete our mission of opening to the world, through the reception of a young foreigner in our structure and its implication in projects on the territory romanais. His(her,its) missions will be concentrated around the sensitization of the public romanais in the international, the opening to the world, the tolerance and the commitment of the young people, the strong values which correspond to the priorities and the general objectives of the program. Besides, through this project, we wish to strengthen our partnership with the structure of sending of this volunteer - Advit / ICYE Moldova, It is about a Moldavian structure With whom(which) we have already had the occasion to work previously, on the sending of 6 French young people for projects short term and long term.. We share with this association the same values around the tolerance and around the opening to the world and wish to continue to work with them to allow the other French and Moldavian young people to benefit from an experience(experiment) of international citizenship. In 2013, ADVIT put down(deposited) a demand subsidy which allowed us to validate a project long term of 10 months for the sending of 2 SVE and a project runs(roams) term of 2 months for the sending 2 French SVE with ADVIT. We notably wish to use these projects short term to help young people remote from the international mobility to dash bit by bit on this device Erasmus +. The project " For a reciprocity of partnerships " succeeds the project of reception long term of a young Moldavian volunteer in our association, from June till December, 2014 for missions of sensitization in the international and the intercultural. This new project aims at setting up a sending SVE of 10 months with this association. Indeed, the missions in the field of action social, culture, animations, already realized and again proposed by this association remain interesting, accessible(approachable) and very appreciated by the young people within the framework of a SVE. Then to allow 2 young people among whom one in social difficulties experiencing a SVE runs(roams) term in binomial in perspective to confirm a SVE project long term. It's the same for the volunteer long term Jamo which follows upon a project SVE runs(roams) term. And which(who) shows the positive effects of the preliminary stages in a long term with this public. It is in this frame that we put down(deposit) this demand to
