AFORMAC as a continuing education center located in 4 regions, is specialized in European mobility for internships since 1998.FORCE'MOB 2 is offering learning mobilities for two publics : 24 trainees from the vocational training of hospitality and catering (Public 1), and 16 professionals of training and employment area (Public 2) .AFORMAC Europe continues its support service in European mobility for its trainees, taking into consideration the new geographical dimensions of AFORMAC Group, expanded to larger regions. (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Centre-Val de Loire, Limousin-Aquitaine-Poitou Charentes, et Midi-Pyrénées Languedoc-Roussillon). Professionals in these larger regions need to be informed and sensitized to promote European mobility to inform and prepare the trainees.The public 1 is committed to an internship in Greece (Thessaloniki) or in the United-Kingdom (Leeds) for 3 weeks as a waiter, cook, receptionist. 4 flows of 6 learners are organized between February 2017 and April 2018.The public 2 participates in professional exchanges in the same cities, for 4 days with a targeted program. 4 flows of 4 personal are organized between October 2016 and October 2017.AFORMAC cooperates with two intermediary partners, PAP Corp. (GR) and Leeds City College (UK) to set up the educational mobility and the logistics.FORCE'MOB 2 must :- extend the mobility offer of AFORMAC to new territories- disseminate AFORMAC's skills in professional mobility management - increase the volume of mobility - improve the quality of vocational training by providing an easier employability for trainees- create new synergies for new projects
