The international project of the youth "The world of friend" is taking place in Rymarov from 17th July to 27th July 2010. It has been on to Europe for 15 years. For the first time, this year, it is taking place in the Czech Republic. The youth from France, The Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Latvia and Slovakia are participating. The main problem of Europe - the youth have a bad living style. We want to show thanks to an informal education the possibilities how the situation can be changed. The main topic - food from production to traditional proccessing. We want to connect the theory with working experiences. We are going to scan some products if the standard of correct diet is met. We are going to use these methods such as workshop, freestyle, coaching. team works and round table. At the end we are going to write the proclamation which is going to be signed by all participiants. If all products are negative, the proclamation will be sent to the European parliament. The main goals are the preservation of the old traditions in catering and connect them with modern period.
