This project, like previous implemented by us mobility projects, was created in order to satisfy basic needs of the school as an educational institution: creating optimal conditions for comprehensive and harmonious development of students.The main objective of the project coincides with the strategic goal of school development - which is the best preparation of graduates to achieve professional and personal success in adult life. Partial tragets are to create for participants opportunities to improve professional and language qualifications- matching the needs of employers; and the internationalization of school education. Main objective and partial targets coincide with the objectives of Erasmus+ Program:- Contribute to raising the level of key competencies and skills to match labor market needs;- Contribute to improving foreign language skills and promote linguistic and cultural diversity in the EU;- Expanding the international dimension of training and education.The project participants will be 20 students learning professional specializations: logistics technician and underground mining technician. They will leave for 3 weeks to Portugal. There will have internships in enterprises of all sizes.We are planning that the project will bring the following results:- Completion by the project participants specified in the following part of the application number of hours of preparatory classes- Receiving by the participants certificates of internship preparation classes, conducted by the school,- Receiving by the participants Europass Mobility documents,- Receiving by the participants language course completion certificates,- Receiving by the participants internship certificates, issued by the project partner;- Acquisition of new knowledge and experience;- Learning new language;- Acquisition of skills of using devices and tools;- Acquiring the ability to work in an international environment, communicating in a foreign language;- Increasing project participants’ chances on the labor market (local, national, European);- Improving participants’ professional and personal aspirations;- Increasing participants' motivation to continue education;- Increase of duty and discipline;- Knowledge of the history, culture and customs of the host country;- Developing attitude of tolerance for different customs and behaviors;- Raising prestige and attractiveness of school;The impact of the project will be clearly noticeable at the local and regional level, and even - of course proportionally to the size and the impact possibilities of our projects - on a national scale. Also small impact on the European scale is achievable.With improving professional and language qualifications and improving personal competencies, after graduation our students will be valuable employees, and employing them companies will become competitive on the market also because of young workers’ knowledge and experience. This way, the project will have positive impact on the market position of their employers.The project partner will also expand knowledge and skills useful in the development of international activities. Representatives of schools and representatives of partner, working on the project, will ge to know people brought up in a different culture, which will contribute to increase of their sensitivity to issues of intercultural dialogue and diversity of customs and behaviors in other European countries.The school as an institution will increase the experience in international cooperation, raise its prestige and popularity, which should improve recruiting results.
