The main objective of the project was to strengthen the competence of the 20 teachers employed on a contract of employment in the Gymnasium of the Bilingual Classes. John Dałkowskiego in Strzelno through their participation in the 2-week (5 days) courses organized by partners from Italy and Bulgaria. At the stage of project preparation was diagnosed with the teachers' low motivation to work and poor results achieved by their pupils for external examinations. The visit served to change the look of their work, knowledge of new methods of teaching and working with students with special educational needs (having learning difficulties, and able), among others in order to discover their talents or change methods of teaching (introduction of methods of activating youth). Teachers get to know the possibility of applying technological innovations to facilitate the work and meet people with disabilities. The project enabled teachers to develop skills in the above. areas. Partner institutions were responsible for organizing the training in Italy and Bulgaria. Partners have made every effort to ensure that participants acquire the most desirable of their qualifications and have the opportunity to learn new ways of working. Participation in the courses was very attractive for both groups of teachers.
