Połączenie teorii z praktyką-łatwiejsze przejście do życia zawodowego II

The project "Połączenie teorii z praktyką-łatwiejsze przejście do życia zawodowego II" is prepared for students, learning Tourism or technique in building trade, of the Zespół Szkół im. bł. ks. Piotra Dańkowskiego in Jordanow in cooperation with the Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH. The project begins at the 1.06.2016 and takes until the31.05.2018 IN this time 4 groups of students will travel for an internship to Germany. The 1st and 3rd group are students trained in building trade participate and the 2nd and 4th group involve students learning tourism. The 1st and 3rd group will be in Germany for 26 days (+2 days journey) and the 2nd and 4th for 42 days (+2 days journey).The dates for the internships are:27.10.2016 - 25.11.2016 (1st group: 6 students building trade+1 tutor)13.02.2017 - 28.03.2017 (2nd group: 10 students tourism+1 tutor)10.09.2017 – 06.10.2017- (3rd group: 6 students building trade+1 tutor)April 2018 (4th group: 10 students tourism+1 tutor).The project will be realised by a group of partners, containing the school and small and middle seized establishments in Germany:Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH, Hotel Herzog Georg, Objekt-Innenausbau, Göbel’s Hotel Quellenhof, Göbels Aquavita, Göbel’s Seehotel Diemelsee, Posthotel Rotenburg.The participants will work in pairs that leads to the best professional, linguistical and individual development. The project forms a continuation of our international actions, which starts with the current realising of the Erasmus+2015. The basing on the needs of the participants and our institution as the sending institution and promoter was important to us in the same way as the realising of the aims of the Erasmus+ program and the Europa 2020.The main aims of the project are:a) Boost of the school work and increasing of its prestige.b) Developing of the ability to organize and manage projects (management, teachers, school administration)c) Development of the participants- Achieving of additional professional skills and different held- Increasing of communication competence in German, emphasised on practical communication and vocational vocabulary- Increasing self- confidence and –reliance - improving of key competences (writing reports, fill in documents, handle with media)-meet a different mentality and sensilize the students for culture differences #d) Increase the motivation of all students, learning in our school, to learn their profession and to prevent interruptions of their education (strategy "Europa 2020").European tools will be used for evaluation and accrediting: ECVET, the document for Europass mobility and the language Europass Passport.The students will be prepared before the departure with a solid pedagogical preparation of the teacher (vocational subjects), language preparation in form of extra classes and a mental preparation organized by the German partner. Technicians for Tourism will also take part in a preparation course, using e-learning and the portal Online Linguistic Support.The school and the German partners ensure the full logistical and practical support. Among others the school provides the transport to Germany and conclude an insurance for the participants of the project. SHW provides the accommodation, meals and the local transport in Thuringia.The project will lead to long-term effects for the school and the environment. It increases the quality of education of the sending institution and well trained workers appear on the job market for tourism and building trade. Another mobility project will support the economical development in the region, according to the plan "Małopolska 2020 - nieograniczone możliwości"of internetional cooperation and the development of schools.
