Pogłębienie umiejętności zawodowych przez praktykę w Niemczech i Hiszpanii

The project entitled Deepening professional skills through practice in Germany and Spain, was based on a diagnosis of the needs of schools, pupils, staff and school environment CKZiU No. 1 in Warsaw in the school year 2015 / 16. Conception of school development assumes its constant development and improvement, which resulted in the creation of the European Strategy for the Development of Schools assuming an improvement in the areas : I-organization and management, II teaching and didactic , III competences of the staff. The project has three main objectives for the pupils and staff.1.Helping young people in entering the EU market through counseling European and international work placements in Germany2.Supporting vocational training of school by participating in job shadowing staff in enterprises in Spain.3.Rising the prestige of school through the promotion of the project results in the local, regional, national and EU levelsThe project has been defined beam specific objectives for students, teacheres, school and its local community. The objectives translate into action-objectives of the project are included in the schedule and arranged in time. The tasks are transformed into results and products of the project directly affecting the educational processes taking place in schools and improving the quality of school work. Products and results are disseminated in accordance with the strategyThe project includes international cooperation with a partner from Leipzig -realizacja internships for students and partners from the UK -realizacja Job shadowing for senior Salamanca in Spain. The project implementation period is 01.11.2016-31.10.2018.The internships in Leipzig involved a total of 70 students, including 35 from the technical construction and 35 with technical landscaping, 6 teachers caregivers. Implementation of the internship takes place in two stages, Stage I in July-August 2017 it includes 17 TB and 18 learn learn Lanscape A, 3 teachers guardians, the second a step of July-August 2018 includes 18 TB and 17 learn learn LA, 3 teachers caregivers. The duration of each of the internships is 30 days substance.Implementation of the Job Shadowing takes place in February 2017, five days substantive practical training staff in companies of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency and includes 4 teachers.The project uses the methodology of the educational project, its preparation and execution is teamwork staff CKZi U 1 and 2 foreign partners. Director CKZiU No. 1 established a project management team consisting of teachers and staff, supervises the team. The project prepared by a team of four teachers for its implementation is also responsible management team, composed of staff composed of project coordinator -kierownik practical education responsible for project management in accordance with the principles of the Erasmus + (financial agreement, reporting, dissemination of results, language support OLS rules for the application logo) and the implementation of the project budget and 4 members of the team responsible for carrying out specific tasks merit of the project and allocated to-date activities detailed in these tasks. The team includes teachers of vocational subjects and foreign languages teacher. Team Coordinator works with the accounts in the DBFO in Wola Disctrict.The project implements 24 tasks identified and described in the project schedule From 8.Description of the expected results of the project predicts an increase in knowledge, skills and competences of pupils and professional competence of teachers. An internship abroad as the first work gives participants and mentors teachers the opportunity to learn the realities of the labor market in the European Union. In addition, vocational education more attractive, triggers the overall mobility of young people with the motivation to learn the trade. Students will have the opportunity to gain additional expertise that will give them future employment opportunities or to register your own business.The project implementation will also foreign partners through authentication and strengthen contacts, creating a canon of good practices in joint cooperation and the creation of a network of institutions and companies cooperating with the implementation of subsequent projects. The impact on indirect recipients will be visible with in the form of strengthening the image of CKZiU No. 1 as an institution that cares about the comprehensive development of students and teachers, open to the needs of pupils, their parents, the local community and national levels.
