Podpora rozvoja odborných strojárskych kompetencií žiakov
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project summary One of the tasks of vocational education is to prepare the graduate for the requirements of the labour market. The acquisition of practical skills during the study has turned up as an inseparable part of education. The project includes the implementation of three trainee-ships for 30 students from SOŠ technická in Tlmače. Only the upper classes with graduation exam are going to participate in the trainee-ship because they dispose of sufficient knowledge and skills and are prepared to extend their professional growth in a field which they are missing in their resident conditions. The fellowship organisations participating in the project are Střední škola strojírenská a elektrotechnická in Brno and Střední průmyslová škola strojnická, the school of the capital city Prague. The partner school in Brno has rich experience and achieves excellent results in vocational training of their graduates in the field of machine engineering and electrotechnics. It is also a holder of many educational certificates of quality. Two rounds of the trainee-ship will take place in the centre for vocational training of this receiving organisation. Participants of these courses are 10 programmers for machining and welding machines and devices. Further 10 participants that will be involved into next mobility are the mechanics for machines and devices. The equipment and possibilities of the vocational school in Brno enable to extend the knowledge and skills in a field of new technologies, as well as work methodology in connection with the programming of CNC machines and with material machining, welding and heat treatment of metal. In the third round the receiving organization of the fellowship will be the school in Prague, which belongs to the best equipped modern vocational technical schools. In this school there are new classrooms focused on the programming of CNC machines, CAD/CAM applications and the classrooms equipped with productive CNC machines. Ten students in the field of study of a programmer of machining and welding machines and devices will take part in this mobility. The secondary school in Prague will provide its specialised fitting rooms and qualified pedagogical participants. Under their supervision our students will acquaint themselves with the most modern programming systems in their field of study and they will get basic skills for the work with them. During all the rounds of the fellowship the students will do a specific work under the supervision of a certain mentor and they will follow a prepared schedule. The participating organizations will make a deal about a detailed schedule of activities in the meetings which will hold in months before the mobility will be realised. Another activity during the mobility and working on the project will be sharing experiences and innovations in applying methods and content of specialized engineering and electro – technical preparations of schools in fellowship. The project is planned for a certain period by June 2016. Each round of the fellowship will last two weeks. During all three mobility rounds the students will be accompanied by a pedagogical worker from SOŠ technická in Tlmače. The organization that will send the students to other partner school is responsible to choose students, prepare and teach them how to write a final report. The organization will arrange everything what is connected with journey, accommodation, a catering facility and students´ insurance. This organization in cooperation with other partner schools will arrange monitoring of the fellowships, their evaluation and certification. Also it will be responsible for administrative work in the project and its propagation.
