The project is a reply to the significant interest of young people in raising its professional skills abroad and to the need of having by pupils competence suitable, necessary in today's world and abilities which will facilitate the take-off for them in the adult life.Project of the internship was prepared based on past experiences amounted from probation implementations of projects and at the cooperation with employers from the region which are waiting on independent, creative and mobile on the labour market of the employee which will be ready for the decision making about the employment and willing to taking the international cooperation. The program of the internship and his dates this way were established so that they constituted the base for professional skills during the outside vocational qualifying examination confirming qualifications for the given profession.We care about so that both pupils, and teachers meet principles which are functioning in the finance industry in other countries of Europe.In the framework of the project rekrutowanych 40 trainees will stay (2 groups of trainees for 20 persons every) from two schools: 1) Zespół Szkół im. Tischnera w Bochnii, 2), Zespół Szkół im. Wincentego Witosa w Suchej Beskidzkiej, which will go for the training to Great Britain. We care about choosing and mixing pupils from both schools so that it enables participants to compare own competence with competence and experience of peers from other region of Poland what certainly will be transferred into giving equal opportunity of young people. One should mention that in the considerable part pupils of chosen schools come from families about lower incomes and the foreign internship will help them get new abilities and will prevent in giving the school research up what unfortunately is often practised by persons about smaller chances, which beginning one's education at vocational schools.Above it teacher-carers which will be able to observe best practices will also take advantage of trainings travelling along with trainees to London. Taking into consideration required and the necessary experience and practical skills, and very big dynamics of the finance and accounting industry, a problem of the loss of timeliness of the knowledge is arising and what most essential of lack of professional and teaching basic skills in practical teaching the profession. Increasing competence of practical and teaching teachers of the connected competition is a purpose with the accounting science through the confrontation of the theoretical knowledge of teachers with the practice and trends at present prevailing.Raising the quality of the vocational education is a main purpose of the project, the extension of the knowledge, the ability and professional competence, facilitating the professional start of future accountant, practical using the theoretical knowledge get in the course of the learning, getting to know modern standards of industry. Received purchasing certifying certificates new competences will be a great advantage on the labour market and new abilities will enhance chances of future accountant of the employment. Additional practice on the international level already during the learning at the technical vocational school, raising competence and the improvement in professional skills, will correct linguistic pupils situation of graduates on the labour market. Such an organization of the process of educating is a role of the technical vocational school so that the pupil gets as the most practical experience and if it is possible to make it on the Euromarket, this project in Erasmus+ frameworks of the programme is just the best chance towards it.We would like so that participants thanks to traineeship of Great Britain are able to put the acquired knowledge into practice what will be possible thanks to that, that in progress will acquaint the internship with finance and accountancy, knowledge of the culture and the tradition of other state, adaptation to the life and the work in European countries, supporting the personal development (openness, tolerance, sensitivity), getting crucial professional competence among others connected with applying computer technologies and language skills. We want how best to prepare the work for entering the market for young people, to show them the chance and threats resulting from conducting the own business activity, as well as increasing an interest of participants in the continuation of educating in current direction.
