In general, the continuous improvement of the quality of the vocational education and training is crucial for the overall economic development since its predetermines higher productivity in the economic sectors at national and European level. Specifically, this project meets the needs of the participating organizations to provide better quality and more attractive vocational education and training in accordance with the modern requirements and consumer expectations. For this purpose it is established a national consortium in the field of vocational education and training of five organizations, including consulting organization and four vocational training centers licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training. Partners from abroad are two organizations - from the Czech Republic and Spain, specialized in providing services in the field of vocational education and training.Through this project, the National Consortium sets the common goal of improving the quality and attractiveness of vocational education and training in Bulgarian partner organizations participating in the National Consortium. To achieve this goal, the Consortium has the following specific objectives:- Development of vocational training centers (VTCs), providing vocational education and training by introducing new innovative practices in the learning environment;- Training staff of VTCs to introduce innovative new tools, methods and organization of training;- Adaptation and application of new professional knowledge and skills within the curricula of participants' organizations;- Enriching and enhancing the language skills of the participants in the mobility;- Diversification of the activities of the existing network of national scientific and technical alliances (NTS) and its network development at European level with the participation of new European partners;- Exchange of experiences and resources between members of the partnership by sharing programs, online trainers, etc .;- Implementation of the newly acquired competencies in working platform for online training in the practice of VTCs and transition to online and blended learning.- Dissemination of the project results achieved through training of trainers online within the NTS.In pursuance of the general and specific objectives of the project there are planned a total of 24 mobilities for staff participating in the consortium to vocational training. For optimal effect of the project mobilities there will be carried out three types of preparation for the participants.
