The project aims to accelerate the penetration of modern work organisation and work flow management methods in private and state-owned companies.It will create a flexible and adaptable distance learning programme that includes management theory, software skill development and practical experience via simulation games. The pilot training programmes will involve managers within companies as well as individual higher education students and will test a combination of distance education, e-learning and on-line consultation.Products will feature a textbook on modern programme management theory and methods, a training curriculum and handbook and a software tool for project management process simulation. The curriculum developed will be available via the project website and remaining tools via CD-Rom. Results will be promoted through the existing chamber of commerce network as well as via seminars in each partner country, also through the production of student booklets and through electronic and video conferencing.
