We have conducted 3 mobilities for the extension, development and professionalization of our educational offers The aims were: * Knowledge about similar organisations: in order do improve our management and offers * Inspiration for new educational formats: to offer our training to new target groups or new areas * information: to gain new methods, knowledge especially in the area of social entrepreneurship Through that we wanted to: * develop new offers * bring our offers into new areas (dissemination) * strengthen the expertise of our staff * strengthen our European dimension For that we send 3 people of our team: 1: Martin Kirchner to the Changemaker Festival in Croatia 2: Thomas Strasser-Neuhofer: to a Workhshop at Schumacher College 3: Josef Sedlak: to a Jobshadowing at the “Network for Innovation” in Berlin. The 4th mobility was sadly not conducted due to personal changes and illnesses. Ad 1: The Changemaker Festival The Changemaker Festival is an important network-meeting in the area of transformative education. As an pioneering organisation in this field Martin Kirchner took part in that meeting. This year we ar co-organising the conference and will send part of our team to Berlin to the Changemaker-Festival 2016. Ad 2: The Schumacher College is a leading organisation for holistic and sutainable education worldwide. Thomas Strasser took part in the 5 day Workshop “Leaders as Warriors for the human spirit” and brought back inspiration for new content, methods and insights of a fascinating academy. Ad 3: Joschi Sedlak visited the Network for Innovation for 2 Weeks: and got to know to new offers, networks and processes – that he brought back in order to develop the organisation in Austria.
