The education of young people based on cross-border cultural and historical heritage. The project acts as a medium to connect the citizens, teachers, students, government officials and others in the town Križevci and its surrounding area in Croatia with those in the town of Pecs in Hungary in order to exchange knowledge and experiences. The exploration of shared historical ties of the area is carried out through the organization of a historical symposium for  teachers and talented students on local history and exchange visits of students and teachers across the border, as well as language-learning workshops that promote bilingualism Achievements: The revitalisation of connections between the Croatian minority of the Pécs area and their country of origin was the main impetus for the support to the establishment of a Pécs-Križevci cultural network. This was realised not only through the creation of a virtual area for sharing of culture, but also through a number of joint exchange programmes, as well as scientifi c research and subsequent publications dealing with the history of the Croatian minority in Hungary and its historical relationship with the town of Križevci.
