A. CONTEXTWhite economy sector is becoming central in the cultural and economic dynamics of the world. Working in a socially inclusive world means to give the opportunity to all to be equally citizens. It is estimated that White Economy in Italy has an economic value 290 billions (CENSIS) with 3.8 million employees. It refers to services, products, technologies and professionals for the care and protection of health of people and their assistance.B. OBJECTIVES 80 young Italians participate at a 2 months training in a sector enterprise in BE, BG, CZ, DE, IE, LT, MT, PT, UK, ES. 24 professors deliver a 5 days job shadowing on the theme of dual system application, visiting schools institutions, training organisations and enterprises.Thanks to the project, students will acquire knowledge for working in the service of care and protection of health of people and their assistance, filling out the gap between formal education and non formal one. They will improve language skills and increase intercultural dialogue. Teachers will learn techniques and methods to put into practice during teaching sessions and obtain good practices for implementing the dual system.C. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIESActivities are divided into 3 Macro-phases:1. Mobilities preparation (11/2016 > 06/2017 e 11/ 2017 > 06/2018):a. Partnership coordination;b. Enrolment and selection of participants;c. Participants preparation;d. Management and organisation support to the whole project2. Mobilities implementation:a. European mobility for students - 60 days (06-07/2017 e 06-07/2018):Training in enterprises; language and cultural tuition course for those students travelling to a country whose language is not supplied by OLS system.b. European mobility for teachers – 5 days (03-06/2017 e 03-06/2018)Visiting of: 2 VET institutions (how internships are activated); 2 enterprises of the sector, where apprenticeships have been activated (role of hosting tutor); 1 professional training organisation (how to plan learning outcomes).c. Monitoring and tutoring (03-07/2017 e 03-07/2018);d. Training experience evaluation (09-10/2017 e 09-10/2018);e. Acquired competences evaluation (10-11/2017 e 10/2018c)3. Cross-sectional activities (24 months):a. Administrative and financial evaluation;b. Dissemination and follow-up.D. METHODOLOGYUNISI will manage and coordinate the project together with PUA.Training plan in hosting enterprises will be organised in accordance with ECVET procedure: Units of Learning Outcomes (ULOs), with activities and Learning Outcomes (LOs) (knowledge, skills and competences). UNISI has prepared Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed by all european partners. In line with MoU, ECVET-Las and MAs will be elaborated. At the end of training period, hosting tutors will evaluate LOs achievement of teachers and students. Final evaluation will follow. Registers, daily signed by tutor and participants, will show the number of daily hours training. Once having reports, applicant will start procedures for having Europass Mobility Certificates validated in Italy.Before departure, students will attend OLS course. Participants moving to BG, CZ, LT and PT will attend language and culture tuition at destination.Each 14 days tutors and trainees will fulfil monitoring questionnaires (3 days for professors). Online system for exchange of documents will be created (accessible through username and password).E. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF RESULTSLeaning outcomes are expressed in terms of knowledge, skills and competences. Participants, who have carried out at least 80% of training (or job shadowing) and have succeeded, will receive the Europass Mobility Certificate, where LOs are validated. F. IMPACTThe project will involve:- 8 VET schools in 6 Italian regions;- 80 students and/or graduated (less than 1 year);- 24 teachers involved in alternating training for students;- 20 partners in 10 European countries (BE, BG, CZ, DE, IE, LT, MT, PT, UK, ES);- participation of students with fewer opportunities will be enhanced (1 person per VET)G. LONG TERM BENEFITSExpected project impact will be: local, regional, national and European:- enhanced young people employability in white economy;- enhanced quality of care services and and assistance to people in need in Italy.- improved quality for training systemDissemination plan will enlarge project impact, improving sustainability and highlighting European added value.
