Ser Joven Association, knows the reality of the non formal education and for the experience acquired across different Studies, Programs and Projects, for this reason, we can contribute a vision of the youth reality and think that it is a good moment to collaborate and to add forces to be able to carry out the III Cantabria Youth Plan that the Directorate General of Youth wants to start.In our mission to work for the Cantabrian Youth people, we want to carry out this project to be able to bring over to the political officers the concepts and realities relative to the youth on the topics that they concern directly in order that they form a part of the future III Cantabria Youth Plan.This project has as priority facilitate a space of meeting for the Structured Dialog, the horizontal reflection and the final production of a document - base agreed between young people, trainers, technical and politicians in charge of different areas that serves as the initial prop for the production of the III Cantabria Youth Plan.This project links itself with the aims and beginning of the Structured Dialog in the area of the youth by means of the accomplishment of 2 Sectorial Meetings and another Regional Meeting (called " YOUNG FORUM ") where debates will be carried out between the young people and the persons in charge to take decisions and / or experts in the area of the youth on different topics relative to young people.This project will come to more than 390 participants: young and people responsible for youth policies.The results of the project will be:- Publication of the conclusions obtained in the Sectorial meetings and in the YOUNG FORUM.- Production of a BASE-DOCUMENT that will compile all the conclusions and will serve as beginning of the production of the III Cantabria Youth Plan.- Presentation in press conference the conclusions with the support of the Directorate General of Youth of the Cantabria´s Government.- Distribution of the publication between the entities and young people from Cantabria, to announce the realized work.The repercussion on the political officers (Councilmen / Councilwomen, Mayors and responsible people from the Directorate General of Youth) will be very important because they will be able to take, first hand, the impressions, suggestions and contributions of the own young persons who will be those who offer his particular vision to the political officers of how the policies of youth are carried out and from what way they come to them (the young people) directly. This will make them feel more closely the worries and needs of a youth involved in these processes and that do not find solutions to his demands. In addition, it will serve as base to sit the props in the production of the III Cantabria Youth Plan.For it, the repercussion in the policies of youth to local and regional level, will be effective since when are present the politicians who take part in the decisions in these youth policies, it will be more effective and enclosed more rapid to be able to carry out them to start the III Cantabria Youth Plan.The final result will be the production of the III Cantabria Youth Plan.The benefits of this long-term project will be for the young people and for the politicians since there will be realized the III Cantabria Youth Plan which they will be able to enjoy actively.
