This is a project carried out as a part of the Plan to promote Vocational Education and Training in Blasco Ibáñez High School in Cullera and to internationalize our Centre (It is important to point out that Cullera ,the city where our High School is located, has been for years an important tourist destination for European citizens). The aim of this project is to increase the value of Vocational Education and Training studies through rising the teaching quality, spreading and internationalizing students' internship and boost the interest of all the students of the region. We pretend to be a framework of reference in the sector.With this project we expect to transform the Agrarian Vocational Education and Training we are teaching in our High School, in a real option of quality, which has enough prestige and quality to attract a great number of students and it is likewise demanded by the productive sector. We hope that the future of all our students will be either labor integration or the continuation of superior studies in the same field.The number of participants (who will be accompanied by a person during the first week),will be 6+6 students, who will carry out their internship in any of our partner agrarian companies. There will also be 2+2 teachers who will do “Job-shadowing” in our partner Agrarian School. All our partners are related to Agrarian Vocational Education and Training.The agrarian companies and the Agrarian school that will participate as partners in our project are located in the city of Vittorio-Veneto (Italy). The teaching institution enjoys great prestige in the sector and the agrarian companies have been selected for their wide variety of farming and state of the art technology, as well as their reliability and experience.The final outcome and the expected impact will be extremely important at a local and regional level. It will also be beneficial in the long-term, once the acquired knowledge and the tasks performed can be adapted to the local background, can be put into practice and can be broadcasted among the social agents.The broadcasting will be extremely important to project a European image and the excellence of our High School and, especially, Basic Agrarian Vocational Education and Training studies.
