Aim of the project is the introduction of international mobility counselling in the crafts sector. Target groups are apprentices and skilled workers as well as owners of crafts entreprises and related SME. Counsellers of the target group in fields of vocational education and training (in chambers of craft, associations, labour agencies, training centers, trade unions, schools etc.) play a povital role in the project. Those counsellors are to be trained for counselling in VET, further education and employment opportunities abroad. The required concepts and contents are being developed and tested in the project. Most important activity of the project is the development of a training concept for the training of international mobility counsellers consisting of three modules: 1. Motivation Development, 2. Use of Information sources for Counselling and Networking with other players, 3. Methods of Counselling and Action Planning Methods
