The main objectives of the project were the establishment of a Competence Centres in each country and the development of service offers according to the country specific needs. For the research and analysis of the current situation, each partner involved also educational experts, trainers, public and private organisations as well as enterprises. But the successful funktioning of such Competence Centres is not only depending on good services, which we developed during the project partnership, but it requires also good publicity and cooperations with local stakeholders -to be able to maintain the Competence Centre also after the project lifetime. Each partner organized many meetings with potential stakeholders and paid attention on the public communication regarding the aims and offers of the Competence Centre. Although in some of the countries as Turkey and Slovakia the idea of Competence Centre was new, these partners have reached thanks to their engagement support and interest of the public, vocational experts and enterprises. All other countries used the transferred concept from Germany and Hungary for the improvement of their services and for a more goal and need oriented application of new services developed in the Perspectives project. In general each partner used their organisational and management experiences gained in local, regional and european projects and maintained the challenges with great success.
