PROJECT
FINISHED
In this project Het Perspectief is looking for European partners who have built up an extensive and strong expertise and are willing to share it with regards to the 4 items on which Het Perspectief wants to focus and to invest in: curriculum for teacher training, language and CLILmethodology, ICT supported learning and quality of professional knowledge.
Regarding the first item curriculum SLO, Het Perspectief is looking for inspiring innovative ideas to reform the curriculum and for good examples of assessment not based on giving notes.
Concerning language and CLIL methodology there is a need for expertise, teaching methods and specific online software tools for CLIL with the aim of creating a master class that can be followed in adition to the teacher training in adult education.
A very important component of this project is ICT supported learning. Het Perspectief invests a lot in professionalization of its staff in the field of didactics, research and methodology for distant learning and is asking for innovative solutions for ICT supported learning in order to optimize the use of the ELO within the center and to invest in making full distance learning courses for the higher levels of Dutch as a second language and by extension for other languages.
The fourth pillar of this project is the quality of knowledge. To maintain the high quality and enhance it, Het Perspectief encourages its employees to update their knowledge and to expand it.
Het Perspectief gives within this project shape to the learning process of the staff by opting explicitly for a variety of learning methods such as structured courses, job shadowing and attending conferences.
The participants in this project are staffmembers of Het Perspectief either a teacher or head of department, specialized in item 1 and 2.
Item 3, ICT-supported learning, involves a wide range of employees ranging from teachers specializing in distance learning over regular teachers to supporting services and department heads.
Language teachers, ICT teachers and teacher of make-up/bodypaint are the participants in the fourth pillar.
By spreading and anchoring the expertise gained from this project
Het Perspective hopes through increased quality and innovation
to meet better the needs of the adult learner and to respond more efficiently to the challenges of a rapidly evolving society.
