We are a private special school for emotional social development and learning. 40 teachers and school assistants teach 165 students. For several years, a team deals with four teachers particularly the issue of violence prevention. Two teachers are working with police and social workers. PiT (prevention team) working intensively with one class at the strengthening of personality and a nonviolent dealing with each other, and out of school.Two years ago a trustworthy company was launched. This trust point is of a teacher and a social worker, members of the college. They offer individual assistance for personal development in talks an.Mittels solution-oriented reflection discussions with the problem partners awareness is created, as is peaceful without violence, bullying etc. of the school day and invigorating. Problem partner fellow students, teachers and parents may be. Our goal is to create a school with no physical and psychological violence through social learning and personal development.Both team areas work independently and provide an annual report within the overall staff conference. For their task it belongs to the staff annual training on a social learning and violence prevention to offer.
