The EPLEFPA Perigord led European projects for over 10 years with the aim to develop and strengthen the chances of further study and on the labor market of its students mainly from disadvantaged areas and economically, socially and culturally. He now aim to continue the actions directed mainly towards technical training and expand its activities to general education .
To achieve the institution must foster the mobility of its teaching staff to encourage learners from and personal management for more efficient structures following a merger and educational projects (around the food quality chain ) .
The choice of two Italian and Hungarian schools is linked to educational partnerships previously conducted .
This mobility project personal concern:
- Two teachers of general subjects ( French and mathematics) motivated by the opening general education projects European and international cooperation of the institution.
- Three members of the management staff of the establishment and management training from the two merged institutions motivated by the greater effectiveness of the merger of our two institutions and projects and direct partnerships set up in food chains quality .
Our staff will make their mobility in job shadowing to observe and analyze the methods and practices of their mentors in the areas of education for both teachers and management structures and training for three staff management .
All our staff take the opportunity to discuss with their tutors and members of partner schools to build future projects for years to come.
The selection of candidates is made according to :
- Motivation for mobility project in all its dimensions : access to the general education, improve the efficiency of fusion projects around the food quality chain
- Involvement in projects conducted to date in our institutions and since their merger
They want to acquire better language , teaching and managing mergers skills, training and implementation of multidisciplinary projects .
Europass Mobility that will be issued are intended to recognize the acquisition of skills and s are to boost the participation of staff in European projects and international cooperation of the institution.
Mobility will be considered a bilateral agreement with the institutions that will provide all the practical aspects : specifications , personal commitments , reception conditions and participation in ...
The preparation of mobility will be made with the help of language teachers and the resources of our Center for Information and Documentation linguistic aspects and especially cultural , socioeconomic countries and regions concerned.
Videoconferences and e-mail will be used also to better prepare these mobilities .
The expected results are greater professionalisation of our mobile colleagues with the acquisition of language , additional educational and managerial skills which will therefore result in a term greater involvement of our staff and our learners to these actions.
The impact on staff and learners will be measured quantitatively (numbers, rates and other ratios) and qualitative ( interview, conferences).
Dissemination of results will be made at the educational community of the establishment, our administartives guardianship (Regional Council SRFD , PRB and geographical networks) as well as our local institutional partners ( Genral Council , Chamber of Agriculture ) as conferences, commmuniqués , meetings .
