Our proposed mobility of teaching staff is to send two teachers of history and geography teaching their discipline in spanish ( European style ) and two more involved against school dropout, with our partner the last Comenius IES San Sebastian de los Reyes ( Madrid) for a period of 12 days for the previous ones and five days for the two others. The objectives are: Deepen the exchange of best practices that have begun to be implemented with spanish teachers who teach in a device near ours ( European Spanish and French language section). We will establish a database of online educational resources using a secure storage platform . Teachers assist and teach courses in the foreign school . The impacts of this project are to improve teaching practices and the language proficiency of teachers and improve the level of students in the school and the influence of the Spanish European class. The benefits are improve ties between our two institutions between teachers of both nationalities to pursue mobility of students in the best conditions and the exchange of good practices that enrich each partner We aim to transfer the Spanish practices against school dropout to our own students.
