The San Cebrián Foundation works towards quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities and their families, so the project has a marked social character. Liilya, volunteer Russian nationality who participated in the project, has developed its work over a period of 9 months (09.03.2015 - 05.30.2016). The work of the volunteer has been to support the daily activities that take place in one of the workshops Day Centre of the Bank in the town of San Cebrian de Campos, in particular in one of the workshops with people with disabilities require large support .. The fundamental objectives that were raised for this project were, from the personal enrichment of all those involved in it to make known our approach to work and training to the volunteer participant, through an approach and international contacts of the Foundation ahead the possible organization of other activities. This objective has been achieved. They have also been reached related to the acquisition of skills relate competencies as results: - Communicating in another language - The acquisition of social and civic competences - Sense of initiative - team work - Skills related to tolerance and respect.
