Through the present project we try to offer equal opportunities to the youngsters in detention as one of our objectives is their social and professional inclusion in different field of activities.The target of the project is represented by groups of youngsters from different social environments who are in detention in the frame of the Maximum Security Penitentiary from Timisoara an the Reeducation Center Buzias. The aim of the activities we propose is to create a spending time detention environment (participation to the nonformal education' s programmes social football, cultural visits in the community-theatres, museums) and developing certain abilities and competences useful in increasing the personal autonomy and the chances of social and professional inclusion.The young initiators of the project are proposing the following activities: presentation and debates on the different themes such as: making a CV, sustaining an interview, making an intention letter, future plans: courses of professional formation, creating a support network between economical agencies - beneficiaries-nongovernmental organizations-human resources services and also facilitating the access of the youngsters in detention to visit different economic agencies.Other part of the project is organizing a campaign for promoting these actions and to involve the community in this process of social inclusion of the youngsters who are executing punishments and are in detention. The development of the social activities of this project encourages the young people to e much more aware of the feeling that they belong to the society and they can actively participate to the community life.
