Getting the excluded back on track : A peer mentoring service to support excluded or marginalised people in their attempts to gain access to training, education or employment was developed. Peer educators have been trained to work with the target groups. Evaluation of the efficiency of the methods as a tool for successful (re)integration of the target groups into vocational training and employment has been made. Based on successful results, further expansion and development of the project have been planned. This project started in 2002 and lasted 36 months.
