Our participants cover 66 students selected from 366 students who have education in the healthcare profession nursing school. Palliative care has been very common in EU countries since the beginning of 1990s. Recently, the palliative care has been very popular in our country in consequence of increasing the number of people who have chronic or fatal illnesses (for example cancer) and increasing the interes of Professional care of these patients. The palliative care is supported directly with national strategies in European countries. Pediatric palliative care ,a branch of a palliative care , is different from the adult care, it has the same aims but different approaches. Pediatric palliative care is an active and hollistic approach that including physical, emotional, social and spiritual sides. But in our country, the pediatric palliative care is very insufficient such that it cannot be compared with European countries. This inadequacy is especially seen in human resources in terms of qualification and quantity. Although the importance of pediatric palliative care, still it cannot be integrated with face to face education in our country. This condition causes that our participants is insufficient in terms of acknowledge, skills and proficiency about a field that is very important for EU. Our participants who are deprived of education and applications within the frame of international standards are less qualified than the other colleagues who have better education and more opportunities. This project compensates our participants’ not only occupational insufficienty but also foreign language skilld that they couldn’t have an opportunity to improve. Our project contributes to development of health care service and help the participants be a qualified health care personal in terms of occupational and cultural. Our project aims to increase the success of our participants' vocational training and create a reference to continue their education life with this way. This project with our goal contributes ERASMUS Program to realise the overall goal of general basic education. Our target is compatible with the objectives of the ERASMUS Program which aiims to provide better learning performance to our participants in disadvantaged groups who have economic and social failure. Our participants with this project will achieve professional and personal development of specialization in the EU as a result of educational and cultural events which will be carried out abroad .This benefit will support the career progression prospects of our participant at the stage of vocational training yet and it will create a reference to continue forward in their professional life in higher education. With this direction, our program which focuses on the increasing foreign language proficiency and has the purpose of Multilingualism is also consistent with objectives of ERASMUS Program as part of the individual learning mobility. Our participants will be involved in the preparation stage with cultural education and will catch a virtual perspective before going abroad.
