The main aim of Partnership Building Activity: Out of Target is to for 8- days create an open and interactive platform which will provide the participants (experts at the field of youth work, youth workers and leaders) an opportunity for interaction, sharing tools and lessons learned as developing ideas in concrete projects with main goal to increase quality of services that are providing young people with fewer opportunities, young people facing obstacles and difficulties in way to provide this target group of young people possibilities for self-development and support their active participation in the society and make their voices to be heard within their local communities and societies.During the PBA: Out of Target 28 participants coming from three different regions – EU, SEE and Caucasus will take part in lectures, simulation, team activities as visits of local organizations tackling the issues of shared authority and responsibility, joint investment of resources or mutual benefits with aim to develop skills and knowledge needed when working in challenging situation with young people needed support as to establish new networks and partnerships as starting point for new projects at local as international level. The project will be host by YMCA Skopje in Struga, Republic of Macedonia.
