The Project PERFECT 50+ transferred the work-principles of a coaching-concept successfully used for unemployed aged 50+ in Germany to an in-company coaching for 50+ employees. The concept involves the steps of analysing competences, selecting appropriate training measures, coaching training participants, supporting the transfer of newly acquired knowledge into daily work practice and finally evaluating the overall training success. The person carrying out these tasks was named “company coach”. To qualify future company coaches, the project created a training programme. The target group are mainly vocational in-company trainers.
