Working with fewer opportunities youngsters means to invest a lot of energies and to pay a lot attention before, during and after the activity. Even if active in youth 11mobility since a long time, not all the hosting projects and organisations can be suitable for all kind of disadvantages. Planning in advance is "a must" in this field but be "ready to change" is another needed characteristic from a suitable partner. A realistic profile of the youngster and the integration of the international activity in a locally based educational path are the conditions for a tailor made project. Concrete opportunities to involve young people with fewer opportunities are at the same time needed; only a common plan of action can provide a long term strategic vision and ensure sustainability of this mission.In the last years Cemea del Mezzogiorno participated in different international strategies to support and increase sending and hosting projects "inclusion targeted". In spite of this ambitious purpose, the most effective results came from bilateral cooperation. This evaluation seminar is aimed to share these crossing bilateral experiences in order to try to create a safety platform for learning mobility, looking at 2013-2020 possible scenarios.
