FINISHED
The "Pass Europe" project, presented by Gwennili, will enable many different organisations to work together in Finistère (Youth Info Center, Job Centers, Department Council...). These different organisations share the same goal : enable young people with fewer opportunities, who are today facing some social/professionnal difficuties, to benefit from an access to European mobility through a Work Placement in Europe. The main goal of this project is to reach social and professionnal inclusion, to give more confidence to these young people, to support them to become autonomous and develop new skills. For 2016-2018, we are launching an experimentation project with only 36 work placements, in order to evaluate precisely, each step of the project and all the impacts on each participants' life path.Target :- 36 young people between 18 and 25- supported by Mission Locale in their social/professional inclusion- looking for a job, with an already identified or experimented professionnal area - level bac or less- all professionnal areas- who is interested in experimenting a project abroad, but does not have all the keys to realize his project by himselfThe project is composed of :- 36 work placements for periods of 8 weeks in Ireland, Germany, Spain.- all professional areasOur project is relying on a strong tutoring before departure, during the mobility and on the return. The 'Pass Europe' coordinator, will support the participant, preparing all the project, thanks to 6 to 10 individual interviews, in order to clarify the expectations, and build the project. A preparation for departure seminar of 2 days will also be organised, as well as an evaluation seminar, on the way back.During the work placement, the participant will be supported by the mentor, who will organize some regular evaluations and will introduce him to his work "GODFATHER". His mentor will also enable him to discover his new environment and evaluate the professionnal and social skills. On the way back, the "Pass Europe" coordinator and the Mobility referent from the Missin Locale will support him to identify and share all the developped skills (evaluation seminar/strong tutoring to become aware of all the skills developped, to go to an easier professional inclusion).Impacts and results :- better communication around ERASMUS + programm and their effects on social and professionnal inclusion- stronger network of professionnal who work with NEETS- new perspective on european questions and european citizenship feelingResults on a long term scale :- better knowledge of the european mobility programs- easier access for even more young people to these programs (more mobilities suggested/realised)- better access for youth workers, inclusion workers, to european projects - better exchanges of practices on a european scale, concerning youth information and inclusion
