The venue of the 6 days training course is Subotica, Serbia. Theme: Non – formal education and non – formal learning; Raising awareness on learning to learn within non – formal education; Methods and methodology of non – formal education; Involvement of young people with fewer opportunities; Project management of A3.1 and A2 projects according to the proposals of YIA programme. Objectives: To train youth workers, youth leaders to prepare, run and evaluate the learning process within non – formal education in their youth work. To develop understanding of non – formal learning and education and its importance in the personal and professional development of young people with fewer opportunities they work with. To create a Resource pack with several useful, creative and innovative methods of non – formal education on active participation, peer education, personal development and involvement of young people with fewer opportunities which can support the work of youth workers with young people with fewer opportunities. Involved 9 countries: Serbia, Turkey, Montenegro, Slovenia, Macedonia, Estonia, Moldova, Sweden and Croatia. Number of the participants: 25The methods used during the TC are creative combination of individual, small and big working groups and tasks, using of different audiovisual tools, using own experiences, theoretical inputs, personal stories, individual, pair and group reflection, evaluation, feedback. The activities will help participants to get fully involved in the topic of Young people with fewer opportunities, Formal, non-formal and informal learning, also to understand better what is non – formal learning. Activities will connect theory and practise in its best was by exploring methodology of non formal education, then electing non-formal educational methods and preparing methods’ market on different non formal educational methods with special focus on working with young people with fewer opportunities.
