We will implement training course project which is name Participation and Active Citizenship between 03-10 July 2016 in Erzurum . There will be 8 partner countries; Turkey, Romania, Spain, Latvia, Italy, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Hungary. There will be 3 participants from each country. 2 trainer, 2 staff person will be work our project.Aim of the project: To promote youth participation and active citizenship, increase knowledge, skills and competences of youth workers. In this Training course we aim to develop participant’s knowledge, skills and motivation about global youth works and to improve the management techniques adapted to their organizations and their countries reality. Besides, the participant’s ll have the opportunity to build new cooperation strategies. Participants develop products tailored to their own needs, such as project proposals, funding strategies, press releases, and community action plans.
