Aim of the project - to enable training of teachers , improving professional skills of graduates and to enable students to undertake practical training in the organizations that specialize in prenatal and pediatric massage training and service provision , and graduates to improve students' entrepreneurial skills to raise employment and job creation capabilities. This is important because both teachers and students and graduates have very little practice in massage for pregnant women and children. Fact is that when pregnancy occur it has already been amplified health problems : back , head, neck pain, lower extremity swelling , increased fatigue , muscle cramps and so on. The pregnancy massage is not only help the future mother , but of little children - improving their well-being . Massage not only help you feel better , but avoids the potential complications after the birth, little children are born healthier. Therefore, our trainers and students intend to participate in appropriate theoretical and practical training in the process . The students - perform in training . Graduates - to develop practical skills , to take over other professionals , as prenatal massage different in their way of execution , technique, special situations . Teachers - participate in the massage training process along with colleagues in Estonia and Malta. Based on the experience gained from professional masseur teachers are going to adjust curriculum. Currently, Karalius Mindaugas PMC is the only vocational training center in Lithuania. The project proponent Karalius Mindaugas PMC will select and send 10 students two weeks of instructional practices and 6 teachers for 5 - day training process monitoring (shadowing) in Malta and Estonia. Both organizations will take care of the quality of the participants living and leisure. Result of the project - raised teachers' qualification gained in the practice of graduates conducted practical training of students assessed and counted by masseur training program.
