The pedagogical stay in Estonia will be organized by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education and Women. It is the ideal opportunity, to get to know the school system and the culture of the country and to impart knowledge about the Austrian Culture and language at the same time. Austrian teachers with teaching experience are sent to Estonia for one month, to cooperate there with German teachers at different schools and to support those during their lessons, especially by motivating students and offering options for an authentic communication in german. There should also be pedagogical, didactical and Austrian- related inputs. The pedagogical stay in Estonia pursues several objectives including: - strengthen the link between Estonia and Austria- exchange of information about the different school systems and teaching methods- knowledge enhancement about Austrian culture and geography- authentical and motivating confrontation with the german language
