The „PACHAMAMA” project is an 8 days training programme which will take place in Adamov, Czech Republic, in June 2015. The project focuses on the creative use of nature in non-formal educational learning processes to support the personal development of young people. The training course has a focus on professional development based on competences, creativity and innovation.
This training course aims to raise the quality of youth work by enhancing creativity in the methodology used when implementing activities for our target groups in nature, and while supporting youth in their personal development.
The project encouraged youth workers to use nature and creative techniques in a more conscious and efficient way in order to reach a better quality. Moreover, youth workers and youth activity leaders got equipped with handy tools and learnt about how to make creative use of nature in non-formal educational learning processes.
In June 2015, 24 participants from 8 countries attended the training course. France, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Lithuania, Greece, Hungary and the Czech Republic were represented in the project.
