Ensuring joint and coherent devetopment of Constanta-Sitistra cross border area, through strengthened social and cuttural cooperation of youth; Overcoming cooperation barriers of youth in Constanta-Silistra cross-border area, by stimutating the use of common socio'cultural communication svmbots and tools. Achievements: The project Overcoming Barriers through Non-verbal Communication (NO BARRIERS), MIS-ETC Code 603, with a total eligible value of 245,993 Euro, contributed to the development of the cross-border area Constanta - Silistra by enhancing social and cultural cooperation of youth. Within the project, 4 clubs with different themes (civic activities, music, fashion, skating, out of which 2 in Romania and two in Bulgaria), a creative camp, 2 debates (1 in Romania and 1 in Bulgaria), 4 press conferences and 1 awareness meeting were organised. Also a movie was elaborated and broadcasted on various televisions in Romania and Bulgaria and a study showing the identified needs of young from Constanta – Silistra cross border area was developed.The project was promoted through 15 radio ads in Romania and Bulgaria and informative materials published in 2,900 copies (flyers, posters).
