Our middle school la Canopée staff mobility project is the follow-up of the international and European openness set up with our Comenius multilateral school partnership Peaceful Horizons - COMPASS (Come Over Make a Project Attempt to Social Solidarity) and is now part of the school project. We want to continue these school partnership projects with virtual and/or physical mobilities as required by the official instructions. That is why the staff members who will attend the selected trainings will improve and/or will develop new management, linguistic and computer skills essential to educational cooperation with international counterparts. The participants, strongly involved in projects, will become contacts both at school level and at Academy level to extend their skills and to contribute to educational innovation. Thus, thanks to this international and European openness, we will improve our staff skills to set, through the curricular, new teaching practices that will motivate our students and that will contribute to lower absenteeism in a long term perpective.
