In our youth exchange project "Our common language of the cuisine. Youth taste the diversity of Europe" will participate youngsters from 4 european countries: Romania, Croatia, Lithuania, Estonia, Greece and Poland - in total 48 people (7pax from each country + leader) . Our project will be held in Zakopane (11-19.10.2014). The aim of the project is to search and attemptto build a common identity of young Europeans by looking atthe dishes, culinary habits and terminology, which, despite local differences have common features that distinguish the European civilization from other cultures on the planet. The theme is the development of a complementary exchange of intercultural dialogue - learning cultural differences and breaking barriers to cooperation. During the project we will do such activities as: - workshops in groupsto refine the project idea and preparationfor active participation in all sections of the program; - Contacts with the media to promote the exchange; - Carrying out the exchange and evaluation; - The continuation of cooperation between organizations and prepare futurę projects. We hope that the exchange of young peopleshowtheir creativity and entrepreneurshipto developas a resultof common interests broadenedthe sphere of tolerance and understanding between peoplefrom different countries.
