"Our Challenge Our Goal " is a multilateral youth exchange project . Aged 18 to 25 who participate in associations from different parts of Europe: Bulgaria, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey and Spain, that will work in all three phases of the project, carrying out activities related to the themes of exchange. The aim of the exchange is to encourage and promote participation and commitment of our young participants, encouraging action on the three topics chosen by us for exchange, which are: 1. - Promoting the fight against youth unemployment 2 - Awareness of European citizenship and rights. Three . - The promotion of outdoor activities , of healthy lifestyles . These themes will treat from different perspectives in the three phases of the exchange : Preparation - Development and Evaluation: being the youth meeting in Madrid between November 30 and December 7, 2014. The exchange "requires " a methodology for responsible participation of all those involved in the project. The way to pull it be for work in small groups in each of the phases of the Project. At the meeting in Madrid, these teams will become mixed with participants from all countries. Among the activities that take place in this exchange at the stage of meeting in Madrid, include: 1 - .
