The project will take place in the city of Rustavi, Georgia. 2 volunteers will participate for a period of one year, starting on September 1st, 2015. The project's mission is to promote initiatives and activities of non-formal education for youth and children in the city of Rustavi. The project will provide opportunities to perform both physically and intellectually, and actively participate in the development and implementation of the project. Depending onthe participant´s skills and tastes, they may collaborate and conduct activities of international project management, recreational activities for children and youngsters with fewer opportunities, creation of audiovisual material development and management of online resources, events, clubs and language classes . The profile of the participant should be of a highly motivated person, open, supportive, willing to learn, experience new things and meet new people and social/cultural backgrounds. It is expected that volunteers and local community become close and integrated so that they can make positive and mutually fruitful contributions, generating interest in the program, non-formal learning and intercultural awareness and creating opportunities as European citizens for the future.
