In both actions, main aim raised in the Project, could be summarised in: · To practice whitin the European Union basic competences as well as professional accquired by each particpant. · To accquire new competences as language, IT, … under the EU framework · To share new experiences with other professionals as well as to know new methodologies. · To learn new evaluation, co-evaluation and self evaluation methods · To establish intercultural, social and labor relationships, with the different actors involved in the teaching process · To broad their future job prospects. · To see implemented the consistency in the EU profesional qualifications · To make a contribution to developing of formal and informal training within International circles. As the Erasmus + programme propose, increasing in this way the Vocational training attractiveness. · To share expertise and experiences on teaching methodologies. During all the training, contents has been stablished individually, with each individual company. The main results has been satisfactory: participant´s satisfaction surveys has been carried out as well as to companies and participant´s families. It has valued, qualitatively and quantitatively, the mobility development and results. The main commitments and agreed targets have been accomplished. In the same way improvements or weak aspects are being studied. Each participant enjoys a training company certificate. Besides, is issued a movility Europass document. It is unique because it brings all the skills acquired during the training by the participant.
