The project aims at optimising vocational initial training through e-learning. The target sector are structures or enterprises who deliver vocational initial training full-time, mainly for disadvantaged young people. The target group to be focussed on are young unemployed. The project will undertake analysises and surveys in order to make a collection of e-learning programmes to be used, it will then develop a train the trainers programme in order to bring good e-learning prectice into the training enterprises. A website shall be developed. Valoristaion shall be done through seminars, and through the distribution of the guide and the website to be developed in the framework of the project. The impact of the project will be a better access to the training centres for the young unemployed, an easier access to e-learning and training for the target group, an encreasing learner autonomy. Trainers will be sensibilised for multimedia training, the enterprises will have a reduction of costs.
