The project "Opportunities for integration into the labor market through educational mobility- The future begins today! "addresses of tenth grade students from the Carasan Technical College in Resita. On the mobility will participate 22 students trained in the following areas:- the textile and leather, qualification Fashion designer (16 students) - the mechanical qualification. Mechanical. EUROPROJECT GRANADAThe need for this project arose for several reasons: 1. European labor market is significantly influenced by the global economic changes with implications for skills and competencies that young graduates must possess for employment; 2. Our School, Carasan Technical College Resita, prepares graduates for textile and leather fields and mechanical formation of technical skills is a prerequisite but not sufficient for labor market integration. 3. Our students need real work experience in European companies to ensure their development necessary, practical knowledge and skills in the field are formed so as to acquire professionalism in their chosen profession and become competitive on the European labor market. They need language skills increased and social skills (communication, teamwork, critical thinking), taking responsibility, creativity and entrepreneurship, information and independent documentary that offers openness to self, to lifelong learning, initiative and entrepreneurship, youth opening qualified and internationally experienced.The objectiv general of this project is:- improve the level of key competences and skills, with particular regard to their relevance for the labour market and their contribution to a cohesive society, in particular through increased opportunities for learning mobility and through strengthened cooperation between the world of education and training and the world of work The specific objectives followed by implementation of this project are:- Gaining specialist knowledge of textile industry and in the field of mechanical processing;- Improving communication skills, linguistic (Spanish, English);- Acquiring new motivations for consolidation and further training after graduation (upper secondary education, and higher education);- Training in entrepreneurship by knowledges to organize the activities of different companies;- Compliance and enforcement of work safety specific technical qualification. Shares which will be held , they are expected to bring positive and lasting effects on participants and organizations involved. The expected results are:- improving learning performance- increased employment and improved career prospects- increased spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship- increasing self empowerment and self esteem- improved language skills- active participation in society- greater awareness of values of UE- increase motivation to take part in future education or training The expected impact on participants For students, the mobility project will be:- Workforce Development training standards stipulated in the appropriate field of training;- improving language skills- improving social skills, behavioral knowing a developed, civilized and modern European environment For organizations involved:- A strong understanding of Romanian culture and reality- Increasing adaptability and social tolerance- Long term cooperation with our school, by proposing new projects in the future Locally this mobility project will contribute to:- Our school teacher motivation for attending various courses which had as theme ERASMUS +, organized by ISJ CS and other organizations;- Increase the prestige of the school and provide a more attractive offer specializations in education,- the interest of economic agents in the city towards school and to the students who are preparing textile industry and mechanical field. Regionally, the dissemination activities undertaken by local stakeholders will be informed of the results obtained from the project development so as to determine the real involvement of all stakeholders in decision-making in education that will contribute to improving the quality of education. At the national level will help develop human capital in the field of textile-leather and industrial Mechanics and increasing the opportunities for a modern labor market.
