The mobility project "Open doors towards Europe" intends to offer a significant opportunity for training and development for the entire educational institution, with a view to modernizing and extended lasting. Mobility activities planned concern participation in structured courses and Job Shadowing, "dressed" on the basis of the training needs of the entire Institute is that of the individual participants, and integrated part of the development of the European dimension of the school, particularly with regard to citizenship European, to intercultural education, methodological innovation, the digital dimension.The project includes mobility for the members of the school staff to attend: in school - training; - CLIL implementation; - Job Shadowing.-Courses Intensive structured than 2 weeks and 1 week, for language training, methodological, communicative.Our educational institution , through this project for the Mobility of Staff , aims to support the professional development of its workers in the field of education, in different ways, according to the different needs of teachers,and to the overall systemic and strategic orientation of the innovative ' educational institution . The knowledge of English is now a core competency in the essential professional background of each teacher of each school , as well as, for the English teacher for primary and secondary levels , it is necessary instead of a development constant of its powers, not only linguistic , but also those related to the optimization of methods and instructional strategies , the promotion of linguistic paths curricular vertical , the enhancement of the use of new technologies in the field of languages and platforms , and to raise awareness of the importance of intercultural communication through contacts in an international company . A further perspective is also to promote the professional conditions for those teachers who wish to pursue a teaching CLIL in the classroom, and in need of language training and methodology that would enable them to start their own business, with modules based Integrated Learning foreign Language and content , implementing innovative pedagogical approaches . The mobility project is developed starting from the analysis of these training needs , and involves a development professional foreign language - integrated use of new technologies and platforms that allow the same forms of virtual mobility for learning and exchange of good practices .- Job Shadowing to observe, teach in the language of communication to exchange experiences and best practices, promote teamwork and collaboration among teachers from different countries, learn new teaching strategies and assessment. The method of work will include: planning of activities, preparation of mobility, performance of mobility with ongoing monitoring and final phase of relapse, diffusion and use of the results for a return extended the territory, with socialization experience sharing. From all of the range of learning experiences will emerge an impact on the modernization of the educational system of the school fell on all components.
