Since January 2014 Erasmus+ has been offering not only a large variety of new activities but also an even more interesting area of further training for teachers. Our Secondary School wants to use this unique chance to delegate one of our collegues to an immersion course. The aim of this step is to open further opportunities for our students to participate in European projects. Our institution has got the title "Europaschule" and to carry on the European idea to the young people is obligation and honour for us. The teachers are aimed to open their minds for more activities by means of the European dimension such as eTwinning or bilingual lessons. According to our educational intensions and the questions of our time all of us should learn to use the media more intensively. The participant will update her language skills to support her collegues in using English in projects. We expect in the successful conversion of this training that the collegue in the function as a "multiplicator" brings in new ideas and good competences, gets in new contacts and motivates and encourages our teachers to fulfil the demands of the present time. Only this way we will be able to let the young people gain considerable experience for a future in a common Europe.
