one sound – one vision – one WORLD! The youth exchange based on the town twinning for many years between the Town of Hoechstadt with Castlebar (Ireland) and Krasnogorsk (Russian Federation). In September 2015 Hoechstadt's young Band "Trouble X" took part in Krasnogorsk at the festival for young arts "Novij Mir" (=new world) with bands from several countries. They made the expierence "music connects young people cross-boarder and joins them together". This impressed and motivates them deeply in order to repeat it.The basic conditions and background for such a project are perfect in Hoechstadt:The Mayor and town administration assured their total support with the "Fortuna Kulturfabrik", center for culture and youthEducational staff of Fortuna Kulturfabrik contributes experiences with organisation and implementation of youth-meetings.The two "Freundeskreise" engage entirely with their provided capabilities.The young band "Trouble X" from Hoechstadt ensures the organisational background for the youth-meeting and connects to the needs of young people in an authentic way.Passioned musicians whose attention lies on connecting young people by the music are involved with many years' voluntary experience. The aim isto bring together the youngsters from Höchstadt, Castlebar and Krasnogorsk about her common hobby – the music – and to support getting to know and understanding to each other by different activities – also beyond making music – and thereby to prepare the fertile soil for long-term, land-covering friendship of the youngsters. This project planned for this year should remain no unique action. Rather this trilaterale youth meeting should become a firm institution. Getting to know, common experiences, narrow cooperation and as well as active cooperation in different situations and settings of tasks are essential experiences, certainly helping to diminish prejudices, to discover new social environments and to understand better with each other. By the accommodation in guest families we offer to the youngsters the opportunity to win insights into the everyday life of the other culture. With the central aspect "music" we use the enthusiasm and passion of the youngsters to achieve our aim promoting a harmonious, peaceful and above all common Europe. With the performance at the "Altstadtfest" the young people spread a common spirit of friendship that will radiate on the audience. With a song about peace, friendship and solidarity which the youngsters write and compose together they present themselves in the last common evening to the hosting parents.The topical plannings / feedbacks from the twin towns assume from the fact that in each case 10 participants plus responsible persons per participant country are involved in the youth exchange: The youngsters are maximum 29 years old and were suggested by the international partners in cooperation with the "Freundeskreise"All participants and their hosting families welcome themselves with a welcome-party on the arrival day. The next days begin in each case with a short "Warming Up", and then then the daily programme (extracted):-->workshop on the subject „Prejudices and Stereotypes“ -->the visit of a high rope course-->the common preparation and realisation of the international concert on the Höchstadter Altstadtfest and before it a preparatory Jam session, -->the common parade to Altstadtfest and the greeting of the international guests by Höchstadt's mayor, -->the common arrangement of the child afternoon and youth afternoon on the Altstadtfest -->the Jam session with composing and writing a song together trilaterally-->the independent investigation of the historical "Altstadt" of Bamberg and Nuremberg in international teams -->the common cooking and -->the common preparation of the final evening with the presentation of the multimedia diary as well as the common composed song.As a result of the project there will develop numerous international friendships of youngsters which are maintained on social networks. The interest in the town partnerships and the cultures of the partner countries in the whole region rises by the reporting in various mediaFurther repetitions of this meeting will make the youngsters "lasting ambassadors of her culture". This will be reached by a collectively developed form of tolerance and acceptance.
