The name of our project is Young Ideas to Prevent Young Leavers. This project was managed in Nev?ehir in 23-28.02.2015. Our partners were from Italy. Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria and Estonia. There was 36 participants in our project.Our main idea was that young leavers was a big problem in Europe and Turkey and all partners had same thaughts about this problem. Our aims were to increase awareness between young people, directors and other partners, to develop creative methods about young leavers, to take opinions from young people to determine real policies. Our project was a seminar which wias completed in 6 days. Our trainers used non formal technics. Our methods were energizers, presentations, simulations, workshops, specialized field studies, scientific research technics, visits and cultural activities, evaluation activities , brain storming and discussion sessions. Short tem result was to increase awareness between young people about young leavers and long term result was to develop creative methods to decrease number of young leavers. Our main output was e-documents.
