Pre-school education is the most important period for the people. With a quality education to be implemented during this period, healthy, hardworking and creative personality can be created, in this way it can be provided that the child becomes a social being, can communicate well, can reveal his identity and can find solutions to problems. One of the most effective training method that will allow children to earn personal characteristics is the drama method. This method greatly affects the personal development of the children, allows to create a productive and self-aware person who can express himself or herself easily. Due to the very effective and decisive way in the children's personal development, the trainers are required to obtain the professional knowledge and skills necessary to implement the drama. According to the report of the Education Reform Initiative, Pre-school education enrollment rate in Adiyaman province is between 31% and 40%. This situation shows that necessary importance is not given to the preschool education and there aren’t sufficient number of pre-school education institutions in this province. Child Development and Education students in our school and other vocational training institutions in our province, perform their internships in insufficient number of preschool education institutions. Therefore, these schools provide internship training for the students over their capacity and our students can not find enough time and opportunity in order to learn vocational skills and applications. Our students are graduating without having the necessary knowledge and abilities, so that their employment opportunities are limited. Our project focused on application needs of our students. It has established partnerships with other institutions which can provide necessary professional knowledge, skills and competencies for the participants. Our host partners are Materska Skola Sbihava in Czech Republic and Fundatia Ecologica Green in Romania. These institutions have enough technical infrastructure, training environments and human resources and they can respond to our participants' application requirements. While carrying out our project, participation, sharing and collaboration principles will be considered. Our strong management team consists of volunteer teachers. In this team roles and responsibilities have been identified, an action plan has been established and the execution of all activities will be provided in a quality manner. Participants in our group are studying in 11th and 12th grades in Adiyaman Dumlupinar Vocational and Technical High School, Child Development and Education Area. The group will consist of 36 girls, one of them will be a disabled student. Our project will consist of 4 flows. Every flow will include 9 students. A companion will take place in each flow, but one more companion will be assigned in the flow in which our disabled student will take place. Two flows will be held each one of host partner. The followings are aimed for the participants of our projects;- receiving quality practical training about the using of drama method in the education of children in pre-school,- improving their skills, competences and professional knowledge, - improving their foreign language skills,- increasing their learning performance,- increasing their employment opportunities at national and European level by taking valid certificates, Besides, the followings are expected results and impacts of our projects;- improving the quality of education by transferring of the innovative practices from Europe to the school's educational environment,- the development of institutional capacity,- the realization of the modernization,- increasing of management skills,- gaining an international dimension to our strategic plan,- increasing the staff competence,- increasing the awareness of educational institutions and other target groups in our province about the European Union projects. In addition to the expected results and impacts of our project, some benefits will be seen in the long term.
